Yes it is good - I have a yellow one which I wear on all rides. It hasn't got brown yet. Delivery was very quick from the States and they are good with email communication.

In addition, I have a Tesco 'keyring' Clubcard.

If I'm injured and unconsious, Police can phone Tesco and get my Address etc.

I got the one from dog-tag.co.uk. The tag is fine, but the chain turned my neck green so had to swap it for a silver one.

I have the Road ID dog tag version, very pleased with the product and service, I wear mine all the time. What actually prompted me to get one was the sudden and unexpected death of my father in law, he was out in town on his own, when he suffered a catastrophic heart failure, he didn't have ID of any sort on him, it caused real problems for the paramedics and police initially, so I thought I had better get something that ID'd me when out on the bike on my own, or even with club rides.
