Road bike ordered

Well 7 weeks into cycling and my hybrid is ready to become a true commuter. Just ordered a Focus 105 ( new cheaper price from wiggle) , I have a mate who is getting me pedals and some SDI shoes, can't wait! Will also get some Santini bib shorts via him as well :-)

Couple of 100 milers coming up in August / September and I can't wait for a road bike. Means I can let Mrs endo ride my hybrid on our rides instead of her 7 ton BSO.

Will be interesting to see what difference it make to a dry commute,

I am worried I might be becoming a cyclist, thinking of JOGLE next year.

Let the missus keep her BSO and keep your hybrid as a spare bike, n+1

Yep it's the Cayo, will be keeping the Hybrid for commuting in dodgy weather and let mrs endo use it on our family rides.
Now after a proper computer / HRM for longer rides as Cycle meter doesn't do HR or cadence. Very slippery slope.

I'm considering a Garmin 705 because I know a couple of people who love them but have also read they are unpredictable at times. Decisions decisions.
