Road bike gone ....for this..!

Hi all, having just sold my dale synapse, to pay an unexpected rent demand for my son in university
I thought I had better get myself a runaround to keep me going, and get through the winter months,
Anyway found this on erm. . . .BR, thought it was a good price, but even better when I got it for £150
Posted, as the original price was a bit dear for me at present.
Got delivered today, now in the kitchen awaiting its maiden ride, tommorow or sat I think.
What are your thought, a good buy or not.

Kona Dew FS hybrid/tourer for sale - 58cm to suit 5ft9 to 6ft.

Suntour lock out forks, SRAM and Shimano mix drivetrain with new cassette, chain and cables. Avid BB5 cable disc brakes. Includes spare (part worn) tyres and Shimano M324 SPD pedals.

Good condition with some aesthetic (minor) scratches and scuffs.

Priced to sell at £175 plus £15 postage or buyer collects (South lakes )

Looks like a real bargain to me, I would swap out the forks for a pair of these.
