i have a panisonic road bicycle that need new tires and was wondering whats the best to have is gumwall tires any good our blackwall

That's a bit like asking are green cars any good?

There are oodles of choices of "black tyres" less so gumwall, which are normally see on retro steel bikes, but that's not to say you cant run them on something modern. I think the lotto jumbo team had gumwalls on their bianchis this year didn't they?
