Ritchey headset rubber spacer

Hi can anyone help one of the rubber seals has broke, does anyone know if you can replace it or do I need to get a whole new headset. It's the red waterproof spacer in yhe photo attached.

If you can accurately measure the inside diameter (Measuring where it fits might be the easiest way to do this now; as it’s broken?) and the thickness [How O-Rings are measured: ie: 32mm x 2.0mm] it should be very easy to purchase another exactly the same…….

Great news cheers I don't want to have to go down to the local bike shop to buy one and get them to install it for let say £30. I'll do it myself there's one red rubber washer with a metal ring at the bottom of the head set aswell.
