Rip Linda Nolan

Whilst not being a fan of the Nolans she was always entertaining on the James Whale show in the late eighties, but unfortunately cancer certainly seems to have it in for her and her sisters.

2nd success in this years death list. Apparently it was pneumonia that finished her off.

Saddened to hear that. The Nolans among others were sort of background music to a certain part of my younger life, whatever they achieved individually in later years. Send not to ask for whom the bell tolls, and all that.

Sad news indeed. The Nolan family seem to have been cursed with horrible cancer.

My wife and I went to see them at the Co-op Hall, Warrington in the 70s. They were really very good.
