Are any Hybrids available with a long TopTube / short HeadTube shortish Seat-Tube around / manufactured ?

Don't know about toptube lengths, but Thorns are infamous for their short headtubes. That's why they look so odd, they're always fitted with 6in of spacers. Apparently stand over height is pretty good to, so the seat tube can't be massive.
