Have my new road bike on order from Ribble bikes through c2w scheme gave them my voucher last Friday they have been saying approx 2 weeks to delivery, I am hoping to have it pre Easter they have said they may be able to turn it around before then but I will have to phone shop early next and they will be more able to confirm the delivery date. Not sure if they give you a longer del date and then beat it just wondering what other people have experienced from Ribble.

Most likely, you won't get it within two weeks. Or possibly even within the month. In all my experiences, their delivery estimates are very inaccurate.

Sadly this appears to be the case - isn't there a current thread somewhere on CC discussing this very point. Including unanswered phone calls/wrongly spec'd bikes etc.etc.

On a positive note most customers do seem to be extremely delighted when they do eventually get their bikes - with the price and quality!!

Sadly, I have to agree.

That said, they are good value for money, so once it arrives, you should be happy with it!

I live about 15 miles away, so if I want any parts, I order online and pick up, or just go and ask them in the place and they get them. Always superfast in this respect, the box is usually there waiting within the hour. If not, they go and pick your order.

In the case of mail order, tried it a few times and every time without exception it takes much longer than they say and also much longer than the likes of CRC, wiggle, absolutecycles, highonbikes, cyclesurgery, winstanley and just about any other decent online shop.

Not that it helps you regarding your bike build query, but every Ribble parts mail order I have entered has arrived within a couple of days. My experience is that they are top drawer for that.

I received my bike exactly 10days. I suggest you email them saying that you need the bike urgently?
