After much research I ordered one of the above. For the record it would appear that the Ribble 'Bike Tool' one = the Raleigh one = the EBC one = the Bike Hand one. Mine came from Ribble in a box labelled 'Raleigh', and has 'Bike Hand' imprinted on the side of the clamp. The only difference between them seems to be the price you can be asked to pay! Haven't used it as yet, but it looks to be a sturdy well built bit of kit.
BTW I ordered the workstand online around 9.3 0pm on Monday night, and received it at 8.55 am this morning - excellent service from Ribble
