Ribble 7005

My Ribble 7005 winter bike needs a new bottom bracket. However I don't know if its English or Italian thread - can anyone help me out before I buy a new one?

I think English has 'BSA' somewhere on it

99% it is english. ​

if the frame bottom bracket shell width is 68mm, it is english. if it is 70mm it is italian. ​

I've got a Ribble 7005 Winter bike, about 8 years old. It's an English BB.
