im selling my ribble frameset as i got offered a crackin deal on another so i took it ,swapped all the bits over and now i have this just sitting there ,its too good to just b hidden away ,im after £60 plus postage if it needs posting ,i have a proper bike box so thats no biggie ,its an old school retro looking frameset with nice lugs and original paintwork ,the forks are original and obv match the frame ,both are made out of reynolds 531 "C" tubing ,as far as im aware this was a step above 531 which is good already .
this has all the braze ons for cables /gears but i was running it fixed so it can do both
the bb is square taper and fine (i ran the bike )and its fitted so no messing about there .
il include a light alloy seatpost and the fixing bolt with it
it also has a headset fitted which if im honest has seen btr days and needs replaced (but these are not expensive (1" steerer),il also include a quill to ahead adaptor (but this bike should really b run with a quill stem!)
centre to centre seatube is 58 cm and toptube is 58 cm as well
im 6'0 and ran it with about 4-5 " of seatpost showing on 700c wheels
i had this built up fixed and it was 7.9 kilo so its a proper light frame set
and here one built up and how i was using it
thanks for having a look
