The seat is well-used (three kids!) and the rack is very scratched (so totally unsuitable for anyone who like their bikes blingy.) Luca, now 8, sat in this all day for the London Sightseer 100k audax in 2008.
The seat mounts directly to a Blackburn EX-1 rack (about £25 new) with no other fixings required so is easy to move from bike to bike (the EX-1 is an excellent general purpose rear rack) and leaves no trace of itself when removed.
