Solution looking for a problem i think but still a neat bit of geekery although i would be concerned about the PCB causing pinch flats .

I'd look at using a TPMS from a car. They're reinventing the wheel, and not doing very well with the packaging.
I'm not sure many people would be particularly happy to cut a massive hole in a brand-new inner tube and most would stick to just using the gauge on their pump I would have thought.
However, you never know - perhaps for tubeless tyres it might find a little market, presuming that the PCB doesn't unbalance the wheel too much being right at the outer edge.
