Return to the top button

On the old C+ site there was a button at the bottom right to 'return to the top of the page' is it possible that such a button can be added to this site?

Pressing the 'Home' button on the keyboard should have the same effect.

OT but pressing the Backspace key makes my browser go back to the page I was previously viewing (don't know if all browsers do that)
