retraining after flu?

hi, i've just had a week off work with the flu, it has totally drained me of every bit of energy, i havent eaten a proper meal for a week!!
so how do i go about building my strength back up?

Once the symptoms have gone then start off with a short ride and then build it up over a couple of weeks until you feel back to normal.
