Respray/Powder coat in South Devon

I've a1980 Holdsworth Mistral frame that needs a complete blast and repaint - any suggestions as to a company in the South Devon area please? Ideally it needs someone that can handle a two-colour job (ie a base colour with two blocks of an alternate colour mid-tube)

It's hard to powdercoat 2 colours, ideally you want it stove enamelled.

you could powder coat the base colour and vinyl the blocks like ribble do on their 525

Ideally I'm aiming for this classic colour combo (or close)

and decals along the lines of this

though there may be decals out there that do the Blue background as part of a 'wrap' - these might be such an item:

I'd not considered the possibility of this TBH (and I'm not too sure how good they look)

Not South Devon by a long chalk, but I'd go to Argos Cycles in Bristol for that sort of job. That orange looks just the part.
