Respray Options

I have an orbit harrier frame which I had shotblasted and sprayed about 7 years ago. Rust is now coming through the paint, so it's time to get it done again.

I'm wondering... for about £50 I can get it done by a local factory... standard powder coat, no enamel. I'll need to get it redone in a few years, but it's cheap in the short run.

Or I can get it done properly by Argos (£200) or maybe even Orbit themselves.

I'm wondering if it's worth spending the extra? I don't care about the appearance, but I am wondering if the rust is a bad sign, and constantly letting water through the powder coat and respraying every few years might be damaging the frame? If so, I should probably bite the bullet and get it done properly.

Thoughts? Experiences? Questions?
