Your ISP has probably assigned you a new IP address which had been previously banned due to actions of someone else.

Is it your home internet? Sometimes restarting the router (unplug for a minute or so) can assign you a new ip on restart.

Have you tried clearing your cache?

Any new browser extensions?

Etc

Thanks for the suggestion - I've nothing new on there and have cleared it all together with trying a different browser that I'm not logged in on.

I'm with TalkTalk and they suggested turning the eero router off for 30 minutes so it's currently powered down.

Cloudflare (content delivery) seem to take a dislike to some IP addresses. Normally you'll just get a "verification" check box to click on - key to this being accepted is moving the mouse pointed after clicking.

If it is Cloudflare getting between CycleChat and OP then ... bad luck as Cloudflare are a very non-responsive company when it comes to getting blocks removed.

(Some tools show CycleChat routing through ClourFlare for delivery).

That's life when 3rd parties get in the way for hosting
