Request for Events software changes

Hi Shaun.

I don't know if these suggestions for the Event editor software would be easy to implement, but I would like you to consider these changes:

• The AM/PM selector should default to AM. Pretty much all events start in the morning so it is annoying that the software assumes PM. I always get it wrong first time!
• The start time currently has to be on the hour. I have a forum ride planned for 09:30 on Sunday and have been forced to select 09:00. Ideally, allow a choice of exact times but quarter hour granularity would be okay.
• Similarly, length of event is limited to hours. Ideally allow exact length or at least quarter hour granularity. (Most ride durations aren't that critical but sportive and audax cut-off times are.)

Good suggestions, some of which have already been made in the add-on discussion thread, the others I'll pass on.

I've updated to the latest version and changed the view so that you can now see all of the upcoming events over the next 12 months.

Adding new events is the same - click the button at the top right - and you can change the event layout view using the options under the main navigation bar.
