Replacement Shimano Bottom Bracket Cable Guide

OK, this may be an obscure question, but here goes:

My bottom bracket cable guide has snapped in two.
It's a Shimano SM-SP18-M is the Shimano SM-SP17-M any different?

The only difference I can see is about £15 in price!

What! £15 My LBS gave me one for nowt.

EDIT: Closer inspection reveals it to be the SP17, but it looks exactly the same as the picture of the SP18 I'm looking at.
