Replacement bracket for Smart front light?

I have a Smart 1W front light (one of these) on my commuting bike, but I'd quite like to be able to switch it over to another bike. However, I can't find anywhere selling spare brackets for these lights! I've found plenty of other Smart light brackets, but none that looks right. Does anyone know of a source for them, or whether any of the other Smart ones would fit?

take a pic of the bracket and post it up here.

I've got a box full of old brackets/clips/junk in the shed. I may well have something that will work - if so you can have it.

All my Smart lights have had the same size of bracket, iirc I've put a Polaris I or II bracket on a second bike and it fits the BSpoke and on an older bike I used the bracket off an early design Halogen Smart light (one like this) and its the same size too. The brackets have changed slightly in design but the mount is still the same size.

I've taken a photo of the Bspoke mount (hopefully the attachment works!).

HLaB, that's interesting because my backup light is a Polaris (though its mount is broken and has been for ages - I've been planning to get one of those you linked to from CRC for it anyway so that I can actually use it). Just tried the Polaris on the Bspoke mount and that works, so it makes sense that it could work the other way round too...might as well get one of those halogen lights for only a penny more than the bracket, though!

It looks the same as my Smart polaris, and cheapo smart halogen. I wonder if all smart fronts are the same bracket.

I also use one of those universal light holders, similar to the lock block but from deal extreme, it'll basically fit anything roundish to anything roundish.

You might just be able to buy this light for £4 and have a back up light too for the same price.....I'll just go see if I can check its the same bracket on mine if I can find it....

It's the same bracket. The guy in the review of the polaris mount says it fits his 1w Smart light. (I've just tried the polaris light/mount with the cheap halogen light/mount and it fits)

So buy the cheap Smart light for £4 and get a light, mount AND batteries that will all fit! :-D

probably a silly question, but have you tried emailing the dealer you got it from for help? Some can be very helpful over broken parts.

Ended up getting the £4 light and pleased to report it fits both the Bspoke and Polaris lights (got them both mounted on my commuting bike now). The light itself is a bit rubbish compared to the LED lights I'm used to, but for 1p (given that a bracket alone would have cost £3.99) it'll do for an emergency spare! Thanks for the advice.
