I have some Shimano R77 shoes with SPD-SH11 cleats. I've lost one of the bolts and the washer from one of the shoes, so wondered if anyone knows where I can buy spares. I've found some on eBay in the US, which are something like £1.55 each, but with £20 P&P, so not really an option.

If spares aren't available, I'll just have to buy a complete new set of cleats (with bolts and washers).

I've been able to replace SPD cleat bolts from Namrick.
They'll likely have something similar to the SPD-SL bolts too.

Thanks, although it looks like you need to know the specification of the bolts to order something from Namrick (which I don't).

Chances are it will be an M5 thread (same as a lot of things on your bike - check it against the bottle cage bolts for example) - then you need to check the length (from the flat bit of the head to the end).... and get the right head style, or something similar.

My Diadora shoes needed longer bolts than the ones that came with my cleats. I resented playing through the nose for Shimano-branded ones, so I had a root through my bits box. As PpPete said they'll take any M5 bolt, but you need to make sure it has a shallow head or else it will protrude beyond the cleat and catch on the pedal.

In the end I got a bag of machine screws from B&Q that did the job.
