Hi
My Valve is bent (Presta is it the ones on the skinny tyres) and so when I pump up my tyre, screw in the valve then put the dust cap on it air starts escaping (It's the dust cap pushing down on the valve)

Can I change the Inner tube with no tools ??

You could try gently bending the end of the valve straight. Unscrew the knurled piece at the top and use a pair of pliers to ease it back in line. Check that it's airtight by pumping it up and screwing the knurled piece all teh way down, and refitting the dustcap. It might work, or it might snap off, in which case you lose nothing by trying.

The only tools you need to change an innertube are some tyre levers, unless your wheel isn't quick release, in which case you will need a spanner to remove the nuts on the spindle.

take the dust cap off ffs!

my tubes spend about half the time without one, they only get a new one when I fit a new tube

i think i'd be fitting a new tube if I were though

The older I get, the faster I used to be ...
- it is thought by some that the 'dust'cap is only there to protect the tube from a self inflicted puncture while folded, and can therefore be discarded once the tube is in use. Just think of all the weight saved, too.
