renaming a link?

Hi, when I post a link it looks like this ... https://www.google.co.uk/ but see other posters put .. Link or This or Here .. how do you do it?

 [url=www.google.co.uk]Google Link[/url]

Produces Google Link

You can also highlight a word and click the chain link in the advanced text editor.
