Removing transfers

Can anybody add anything else? I've damaged the manufacturer's transfers on the downtube, with my bike rack on the car roof.

who cares - you ride it not look at it.

you'll probably make it worse since it will be clear coated - if it is a simple sticker, then hair dryer to melt/soften the glue and lift up.
