Removing Tektro brake levers?

How do you remove these levers?

disconnect cable at caliper end.
swing lever down as far as it goes
revealing a 4mm hex bolt which you undo
they then pull off.

attached pdf should say tektro but I'm obsessing about Techo furniture at the moment

There should be an expanding wedge iside the bar - disconnect the brake cable at the brakes and pull the lever as far as it will go, you should see an allen bolt inside the brake which you loosen
