removing quick release?

Sorry if this is an ultra mega repost, I did a quick search, but its hard to search when you dont know the "tech chat"!!

I want to change my quick release wheels to, well, non quick release. IE, make them harder to steal.

Any suggestions. Apologies if this is the wrong section.

You get security skewers, which are an easy swap, my utility bike has hex key ones but you can get better ones.
