Removing Muvi Atom camera from packaging

Apologies for this really dumb question, but I can't work out how to remove the camera from the fixing bracket in the box it arrived in - I have taken the bracket off the box and been able to remove the case, but just can't work out how to get the camera off and don't want to force it and break it.

Anyone got one and remember how it detaches?

Further research reveals the thing it is mounted in is known as a spring clip, but I can't find how to remove it even using this term when searching - I found something which mentioned using finger nail and pinching something or other. But can't work out what it means

I realise this will be "obvious" once I work it out!

Here's what it says:

A: Holding the Muvi Atom upright (with the lens at the top), you can unclip the bottom ‘tags’ (often sliding a fingernail between the tags and the camera works the best) and then if you pull the bottom part of the clip away you can then pull the top part of the clip off.
