Does anybody know or seen a video on youtube how to change a bottom bracket on a camp centaur ive got a bit of play, since i nearly got knocked off my bike when a ka pulled out on me coming down a hill in the rain.I pulled on the brakes and rearly went over the handle bars i unclipped just in time but my bike went down but its ok thank god.

If it's the sealed cartridge type you will need one of these. And a crank puller.

The BB screws in towards the front of the bike and out towards the rear of the bike from both sides. Google it if not sure.

If you have Ultra Torque then you just need a BB spanner.

ps -the tool is a lot cheaper on flea bay.

Assuming it's an English thread that is. As you illustrate English BBs (fitted on most bikes) have a left hand thread on the chainring side. Italian BBs are conventional RH threads both sides.

As you also point out, that is a hell of a price for the tool. Mine was less than a fiver, I'd go Ebay too.
