While attempting to remove the cap off of my new Claris shifters, I somehow managed to strip the screw after only two revolutions! I'm not worried about destroying the screw as I've got a replacement but I need to get this stripped screw out first!
Does anyone have any tips? I tried a rubber band under the screw driver with no joy, if anything it made it worse. The screw is pretty tiny and in an awkward location so I can't get a grip with pliers.
