Relatively Small Cargo Bikes

I’m hanging my nose over one of these, as a replacement for my Pashley Pronto:

My logic is that it will carry almost anything I want to carry, should be able to get through most obstructions (barriers etc. on cycle paths) and be nicer to ride. I think a full size cargo bike (long-john, trike or similar) will be overkill for my use. I also prefer the majority of the weight on the front, so the likes of the Surly Big Dummy are out.

Any thoughts, or suggestions for similarly sized bikes?

I wonder if the bike in this link is still made.

I've also seen 20" bikes with double length rear carriers, so you could have four pannier bags and/or two trunk bags, or something long and narrow strapped on.
