Front reflector and spoke reflectors are required when bike sold (BS6102 IIRC) but can be removed immediately.
Rear reflector and pedal reflectors are still required by law - not that I've ever heard of anyone prosecuted for cycling without.
How can you have pedal reflectors on clipless?
I've not had reflectors on pedals for years and not had any problems being seen.

Or with proper clips on.
Silliest bit of bike law there is. Must have been drafted by an imbecile.
It's one bit of road law I break every day and don't apologise for one bit. If I get my £30 fixed penalty ticket I'll be contesting it to as high a court as I can force it to.
I think you will be waiting a very long time for that ticket
My Ultegra SL spd-sl pedals came with screw on pedal reflectors that fit to the bottom, never fitted them though. Aha, found the tech doc: http://bike.shimano....69830706616.pdf
Both pairs of my shoes have reflective bits sewn into the heel, maybe that counts?
