They're supposed to be a game changer for cold hands.

I commute mainly on a road bike with STIs (but not "washing lines") but also an MTB if icy.

Can you get ones which fit both?

Either way, any recommendations?

For drop bars, there are Bar Mitts (Amazon UK).
There are also Chinesium copies available under brand names such as Rockbros or Giyo for about 1/3 the price.

You'll need a separate set of a different, fairly standard, design for flat bars. As well as the Bar Mitts neoprene style, there are also fabric + insulation models that are warmer. The long standing UK brand is HotPog.

Bar Mitts themselves make several versions - for external gear cables, or that allow the use of the drops (at the cost of less protection), as well as versions for flat bars, butterfly bars, bullhorn bars.

Google either bar mitts or pogies for a good choice.

(no personal recommendation - my circulation is good enough that that I don't bother with gloves at all until it gets below zero, which isn't all that often any more.)
