Recommend me some anti buzz bar tape

As i ride aluminium frames and suffer with poor circulation/ pins and needles anyway off the bike i am looking for some ideas on new bar tape.
I have looked at phat tape but i hear it makes the bars look oversized or lizard skins dsp although i read that it wears out quick.
So has anyone any thoughts on these or can you suggest something else please?

Wrap the bars first with an old inner tube then tape it.. worked for me

Specialized bar phat is great tape, very comfortable

Fizik Bar Gel works very well with whatever tape you like. And never mind your bars looking oversized, who cares when it's your health and comfort at stake?

I am using Cinelli Gel Cork bar tape currently and find it very comfortable. Don't know if you can still get it but "Grab-on" foam is very soft and squidgy.

Wrap the bars twice. If you don't use the drops much just use two layers from the hoods up.

The Specialized bar phat doesn't bulk up the bars excessively. Alternatively, you can buy some cheap gel pads to put on the bars at the points where you mainly have your hands such as on the straight section and on the curve up to the levers (assuming you've got drops), and then just use normal bar tape on top.
