Well the bike was paid for, went on line and booked Paisley freight, paid the £21.50,printed the tickets off, wife waited in all day and they did'nt turn up for the bike,no phone call to let us know, tried phoning them at 6.45 as they collect up until 6pm and guess what????? They close at 4pm !!!! No one to speak to to find out whats going on.Wont be using them again.
We now face a 270 mile round trip to deliver the bike by car as it was brought for an xmas present and i cant bear the thought that some poor chap wont get he's present from he's wife cos its sat in my hallway.

I have heard good reviews about them but once bitten...... I finally got hold of them today and the reason given for failure to collect was the driver said our road was "Inaccessible",strange as i came home for lunch in my lorry with no problems. and the wife said traffic was passing all day,we live in a small village.

Whatever you do don't use Fedex, especialy for expensive new parts like disks and chainsets

The box will go in one end of the distibution centre full and emerge from the other end empty.
