Recognise this triple chain

Does anybody Recognise this triple chain and what it is off, i thought a cyclemaster but apparently not?

Some kind of mine or quarry machinery? Perhaps a steelworks?

Seriously, I have never seen duplex chain on a bike, never mind triplex or more.

Looks like a timing chain

I have never seen anything like that on a bike, it must be quite heavy.
