Buy it from your LBS who will fit your desired cassette? Most likely if you buy both from them for little or no extra money...

I am no expert, but I doubt many wheels would come complete with cassette due to all the combinations of speeds, sizes and manufacturers.

Not sure what you class as cheap but the shimano R501's are reasonably good and with the extra 12‰ discount that ribble are offering at the moment work out at a very good price. You could then ask your lbs to fit the cassete for you.

They are ₤71.99 normally but with the code XMAS12 go down to £63.35 for both front and rear wheels.

Remember the 7sp cassette will need a spacer behind it to make it fit on the freehub.

To be honest fitting a cassette is dead easy (slide on spacer, slide on cassette, screw on lock-ring), and requires only one very cheap specialist tool so I'd just do it myself.

I put 501's on my chip as cheaps Triban 3 shortly after buying it and it made for a fantastic upgrade in performance and feel. Mine too where discounted - about £79 quid a pair as I recall from Ribble at the time and where the best and most cost effective upgrade I could ever hope to make. 501s took a Triban friendly 8 spd cassette without any drama...I'm sure they would equally well take a 7 spd + spacer cassette if that is what you need. DIY fitting is easy......lockring tool to fit it on and chainwhip to take it (or the old one) off if needed. Lockring tools are 2-a-penny.
