I know it's a F&R set but last time I bought a rear wheel only with a Tiagra hub it was over £100 and that was three years ago.
It's Rose's own brand rim - which looks suspiciously like a 36h version of a DT Swiss RR465 (£60 each) .... and DT Swiss Comp spokes cannot be faulted.

Sounds about right the rear Alexrim wheel that came on my Secteur was utter crap, constantly going out of true. I replaced with Mavic Aksiums with a much lower spoke count and have never had any issues.
