It means a short cage on the mech which Campag recommend for sprockets of up to 26 teeth, though you can get away with 28t.

What ratios do you intend to buy? Get the appropriate cage length.

short will be fine then, assuming it's a double chainset.

and make sure you get the right clamp for the front mech. measure if unsure, unless you have the braze to fit it to.
