Rear mech is Shimano 105, cassette Sram PG950, shifters Shimano Tiagra 9 speed. And Jagwire cables.
I was under the impression that Sram cassettes are compatible with Shimano stuff? I got the bike new with a Sram cassette on it.
In that case I would say something is bent, or you are not adjusting the barrel correctly 1/4 turn at a time works best if not familiar with things.
I could be wrong on this of course doing things like this from a distance is never easy as it is only guess work. Maybe a £10 at the LBS would be a good idea for you.
