What's the best rear light for ten or twenty quid?

I'm looking at

Brightness

quality of mount

Waterproofnessability.

I like my Smart Lunar R2, got a much better seal than the 1/2 Watt has and hasn't let me down in the rain.
Is certainly bright enough and around £15 last time I looked.

Yup just got an r2 and its a lot better and brighter than the r1, easier button as well as i found those touch sensitive switches very unpredictable.

Smart R2 and a Superflash here, both seem damn bright and no failure issues in the wet for me. Planet X were doing them cheap in the summer but the prices are on the rise.

Mine is on its second tear and that includes all the snow etc from last year.
