rear brake caliper problem

Hey guys got a major issue with my rear brake caliper....

Shimano 105, when its adjusted up and reasonably close you apply the brakes and only half springs back and franky its doing my %^^£$*£$&"*^£*"&£^*£&q$^£*^£*(*"&^£*"£^*$^£*$^ head in...

any suggestions?

could it have anything to do with the jagwire housings?

If you disconnect the cable does the mechanism spring back when compressed by hand. If so there's your problem in answer to your specific question.
