Really good Chris King dealer

The project is my '93 Kona Kilauea 1 1/8" threaded steerer with a very very low stack height.

Chris King GripNut looks like the way to go. Can't find any online in the UK and worryingly the UK distributor doesn't seem to list them.

Who knows a good Chris King dealer? or a source stateside/in europe?

I bought my Gripnut from Bromley Bike company years ago. Might be worth giving them a call as they list all the other models.
