Rattle from chain/hanger

Whenever I change into my smallest 2 cogs on the back, my chain had a horrible loud rattling sound. Normally occurs in both chain rings.

If I change gear out of top 2, it goes away...

Any ideas?

I've tried adjusting it so will see how it is next time I go out.

B screw for sure as the jockeys are too close to the cog.
