Random lag

Just to let you know, I keep getting random lag, here and work (so BT 16.5MB/1MB and BeThere 20MB/4MB). Looks like timeouts on server requests. Posts seem to be affected more than normal clicks.

Is there any information that I can get to help you?

I've had a look and it does seem like we're getting a lot of requests to the server at the moment - I'll have a fiddle and see where they are coming from and whether it's legit traffic or scrapers.

I've been monitoring server load and it's still running higher than usual so I'll make some more tweaks later this evening (early hours of tomorrow) and we'll see if it helps.

It's been better since Thursday day time. But it's good if you can find things to improve performance.
