Raleigh “Misty” lady’s bike (1984)

I wonder if anyone can give me some advice about ‘disposing’ of a Raleigh “Misty” bike which was bought in 1984. It was rarely ridden and for the last few decades has hung on a wall in the garage. It is in excellent condition although time has degraded some of the more perishable components. Does it have any value or is it simply scrap?
