Bloody hell!

Declaration is still on of my favourite albums that still gets a regular playing.

R.I.P Mike.

I knew him vaguely way back when, when I was in uni he was going out with Julie(his subsequent wife) and she lived in same student house as me in Bangor.
Can't say I was fan of the music but a decent bloke.

Song that used to go through my head at the bus stop back in the day waiting for a 68.

68 bus will never die
68 bus our battle cry

RIP

Seen either Mike Peters or The Alarm in concert probably more than any other band, from the Aston Villa leisure centre to the back room of my local pub with sweat dripping off the ceiling. Literally.

I shall annoy my family by playing "Going out in a Blaze of Glory" and "Spirit of 76" way too loud tonight,.

Saw him last summer at a festival near me, he was very good. RIP.

That’s terrible news. How many times did have to deal with cancer.

Cancer is such a b*stard.
I have had 4 operations and have been seemingly clear for a few years now.
Wife had 2 operations plus a mastectomy.
It just won't leave you alone.
