Rain jacket

Hi! I need to buy a gift for a rider and I thought a rain jacket could be useful. He doesn't ride in competitions, he usually uses his bike to go to work and sometimes as a hobbie in the weekends. It isn't too cold in here (around 50ºF during the winter), so the main goal is to protect from wind and cold drizzle. Could you guys help me pick one?
