Nope! They charge a booking fee (as do trainline.com) as well. National Rail re-directs to various ticket sellers. Most train operating company websites will flog you tickets.
www.crosscountrytrains.co.uk is good as any for buying tickets - you don't have to be buying tickets for their trains and there's no fee.
