rack supports needed

I have a real old mountain bike that i just use for nipping to the shops. It has holes near the dropouts for the bottom part of a rack but no holes on the frame near the saddle for it to be attached there.

Is there an online store that sells an attacment for the bike so i can attach a rack? wiggle or chainreactioncycles?

It's P clips for the lower mounts where necessary, fairly sure I've seen a clampy type thing for what you're looking for
